We love this 70's vintage navy blue maxi dress with its unique cutwork overlay. This lovely cotton dress could be worn during the day or during the evening depending on the accessories chosen. The sleeves and upper bodice are sheer and there is a low scoop back. There is a 14" zipper in the center back with two hook and eyes for closure. 100% cotton outer layer with polyester solid blue lining.
